ClubTexter.com is a new service that enables you to subscribe to messages,
to be sent to a mobile phone or handheld device, as text messages.

What does SMS stand for?

SMS stands for Short Messaging Service. It's also known as text messaging.

Opting in to ClubTexter.com SMS

The process for joining is very simple:

* Step 1: Send a text message to the US Shortcode with your unique opt-in
code in the body of the message.

* Step 2: You will be sent a message confirming that you would like to join
the program to receive alerts to your mobile phone. Reply to this message
with the word YES to confirm your opt-in.

* Step 3: Once you have confirmed, you will be sent custom club alerts
to your phone daily.

How do I stop receiving messages?

Send a message to the 5 digit US Shortcode with the words STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE, and you will immediately be removed
from the program.

Using our text messaging service

Will ClubTexter.com SMS work on my mobile phone or handheld device?

As long as you have a phone or device that's able to do text messaging
or send and receive SMS messages, then you should be all set. No web
browser is needed on your phone

ClubTexter.com SMS only works on major mobile providers in the US.

Please make sure that you have text messaging enabled on your service
plan. If you're not sure, please check with your mobile provider.

How much does it cost?

ClubTexter.com charges a premium of $0.99 per message for the club
alerts program and $1.99 (one time charge) per wallpaper. This is billed directly to your cell phone bill, on the 1st of each month, once you
opt-in to the program.

When I send a message using ClubTexter.com SMS, who's replying to me?

When you use ClubTexter.com SMS, you're sending us a specialized
message. This message is to opt-in to our club alerts program. As soon as
you confirm your selection, you are added to our list to receive club alerts
to your phone, sent from US. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION
TO ANY OUTSIDE ADVERTISERS. We have a strict privacy policy
that we adhere to, to ensure you are not bombarded with unsolicited
junk mail.

Does ClubTexter.com SMS work everywhere?

Currently, ClubTexter.com SMS only works in the U.S.

Which mobile providers does ClubTexter.com SMS support?

ClubTexter.com SMS works on all major mobile providers in the US.

Does ClubTexter.com SMS work in other languages?

No, not yet. ClubTexter.com SMS only works in English.

I have free messages through my mobile phone plan. Can I use them for ClubTexter.com SMS?

Yes, you can. Please note that the text messages you send and the
messages you receive with your results will each count towards your text message total.

Does sending a text message use up minutes of my mobile phone plan?

No, text messages does not use up minutes, it counts towards your
allotted text messaging that is a part of your overall mobile phone plan.

Troubleshooting

ClubTexter.com SMS doesn't seem to work on my phone. What should I do?

Try these steps first:

1. Check to see if text messaging is enabled on your phone and on your
mobile plan. If not, or you're not sure, call your mobile provider.

2. Note that ClubTexter.com SMS works on all major mobile providers in
the US, including Alltel, Cingular/AT&T, Nextel, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

3. Make sure you sent the text message to the 5-digit US shortcode

4. Try to send a text message to your own phone number. If you can't,
contact your mobile provider.

If you have recently switched mobile providers while keeping the same
phone number (number portability), text messaging may not work immediately.

US shortcodes are not supported on prepay plans, which means that unfortunately, you currently can't use our text messaging with prepay.
